Focus Group Survey – Customer Satisfaction

Prof. Dr. Leow Chee Seng is involved in focus group among director of each department. The purpose of uses the focus group and its interaction as a way to gain information about a specific issue or focused.


Prof. Dr. Leow Chee Seng as a moderator or interviewer who creates a permissive and nurturing environment that encourages different perceptions and points of view , without pressuring participants to vote , plan or reach consensus.

The group discussion is conducted several times with different session with similar types of participants to identify trends and patterns in perceptions . Systematic analysis of the discussions provides clues and insights as to how a product , service , or opportunity is perceived by the group.
