He is also a holder of Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a certified trainer in micro expression by IMEXA. He has won numerous awards in Excellence Service Award (EXSA) for banking industry consecutively in year 2010 to 2013. In addition, he also obtained a few certificates from Asian Productivity Organisation (Japan) in various areas.
