Dr. Saiful has a degree in TESL with a minor in Literature and a Masters in Corporate Communication from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He completed his doctorate in Discourse Analysis 2012. His researches are in the area of human governance, contextual communication, argumentative presentation and corporate communication. He is a certified trainer under HRDF, Halal Development Corporation and is certified with InCoaching, Korea.
Dr Saiful has been designing materials and doing training for professional courses since 1997. Through the long years that he has been involved, he has had the opportunities to teach subjects ranging from Literature, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Computer Assisted Language Learning, Youth Development, Thinking Skills and Business Management in various government agencies and private sectors. He has also had the fortune and experience of managing a Call Centre and several International Events and Conferences. He has also contributed various articles for Human Governance and academic modules to various disciplines from communicative English to debate and argumentation, strategic management to thinking strategies. Currently he teaches Strategic Management and Governance at Putra Business School and Critical Discourse Analysis in the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication.
He was the Chief Adjudicator of the 13th All Asian Intervarsity Debating Championship in Langkawi and was currently the appointed Deputy Chief Adjudicator for the World Universities Peace Invitational Debate Championship (WUPID), 2008-2011, and Chair of the WUPID Advisory panel as well as the technical director for Yayasan Orator (Oratory Foundation) Malaysia. He has also participated as an adjudicator and debater at Royal Malaysian Intervarsity Debate, All Asian Intervarsity Debating Championship, Australasian Debating Championship, World Intervarsity Debating Championship and World Universities Peace International Debate.
Dr. Saiful was Malaysia’s representative at the World Universities Debating Council from 1997 to 1999, Malaysia’s Chef de Mission at the ASEAN Intervarsity Environmental Debate (2002) and was also the Technical Director for The Malaysian Universities Debating Council (MADUM) from 2000 to 2003.
Human Behaviour Academy (HBA) is a non-profit organisation that trains candidates on skills, knowledge and attitude to deal with human attitude and behaviour. Besides, HBA develops professionalism among the practitioners.
